- We use a Truck Mounted Hot Water Extraction System for sanitizing your carpets/rugs/upholstery. This systems flushes the carpets with temperature controlled water and safe solutions, while extracting water and dirt directly to a waste tank within our truck.
- There are two tanks on our truck – a tank of pre-softened water and a tank for waste water which we will dispose of at our warehouse.
- Our Area Rug intake department is by appointment only.
- We hire only qualified and trustworthy individuals.

12 Step Carpet Cleaning Process
1. Pre-Inspection of your carpets, area rugs, and upholstery; Review areas of concern; Measure and price
2. Pre-vacuum – removing soil from fibers
3. Move most furniture
4. Pre-condition high traffic areas; Pre-treat spot-stained areas; Pre-groom
5. Extract and Rinse – Our truck-mounted system has power and will thoroughly flush the carpet while removing any deep soiling
6. Neutralize – hypo-allergenic, PH balance solutions applied improves air quality by removing pollen and dust mites from your carpets. This extra step also eliminates the sticky residue often left behind when using a rental machine.
7. Post Spot Treatment – If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed.
8. Reset furniture
9. Apply carpet protectant (if ordered)

Note: Our technician will advise you if your carpet fibers are damaged due to in home applications of cleaning detergents or fading. In some cases carpet dying may be an option. Ask your technician for more details on carpet dying.
Pet Stains: We do not guarantee total elimination of pet odor. Every attempt will be made, including multi-step processes to remove undesired odors from your carpet or upholstery. In some cases carpet replacement my be recommended.
