We service all of Monmouth and Ocean counties, along with some areas in Middlesex, Mercer and Burlington counties.

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.  Please refer to our extensive list of Residential Services above.

Absolutely not. We will come to your residence or place of business, measure and inspect the carpets/rugs/tile/upholstery/office space and provide a quote – all free of charge.

We use a truck mounted hot water extraction system. The power of water (with hypoallergenic & PH balanced solutions) will thoroughly flush the carpet removing any deep soiling/stains in the process. This system also improves air quality by removing allergy causing pollutants such as pollen, dust mites, and more from your carpets. BONUS: This can also remove the sticky residue left behind by carpet shampooing machines.

Absolutely not. Carpet shampooing machines can actually damage your carpet fibers, which will wear your carpet faster and attract stains in the process.

Unfortunately, there is no way to completely guarantee odors of any type. The reason is that the odor may not only be in the carpet. It may be under the padding on the cement or wood beneath the carpet. It may also be on the baseboards, drapes, walls, etc. Furthermore, one cleaning may not be sufficient to take care of a severe urine odor. Sometimes return trips are necessary.

We have a success rate of about 80-90%. However, the success depends largely on how long the stain has been in the fiber. Pet urine can cause permanent damage to textiles as well as create an unhealthy indoor living environment if not removed promptly. When urine is first deposited onto a carpet or fabric, it is in a neutral state. This means it is easier to remove when it is fresh. Once the urine is allowed to dry it turns to alkaline (thus the ammonia odor) and becomes more difficult to remove. If left for months, depending on the fiber type, it could permanently change the dye structure of the fabric and cause the fiber to deteriorate.

To prevent permanent staining, clean urine deposits immediately. If permanent staining occurs, we may be able to dye the spot at an additional cost. What can be done about urine odor? We normally use enzymes or a professional grade deodorizer to treat urine. There is a small extra charge for each quart. First, we use a special urine detector to pinpoint exactly where the urine deposits are. Then we spray enzymes only on the affected areas. The enzymes actually eat up urine bacteria. These enzymes are also for sale for you to use between cleanings. Urine is one stain we cannot have any guarantees on. The stains could be permanent, although we usually have a very good chance of removal.

Carpet protectant stops tough stains before they cause damage. Advanced Protector with Teflon® Carpet protectant is like Teflon for your carpets. You will notice a difference in your carpet cleaning with DuPont advanced protection.  It seals your carpet fibers to reduce the chance of permanent staining and protects your investment by extending the life of your carpets and upholstery.

Here are some of the benefits:

  • Repellency against liquid absorption into the fibers and backing of your carpet.
  • Allows extra time to clean up spills.
  • Resistance to dry soil and oil based soils and stains.
  • Can be applied on all types of carpet. Even carpets with built-in soil and stain protection can benefit from the added protection of Teflon Advanced.

Using Microban Clean Carpet Sanitizer neutralizes, reduces and controls the growth of microbial bacteria and fungi.  Water, humidity and everyday usage of carpets can be an invitation to microscopic bacteria and fungi that can become an invisible source of rancid odor.  Carpet deodorizing is an application that helps remedy certain bacteria and fungi.

Every house is different. It depends on how dirty the carpet is, the kind of carpet, which floor in the house the carpet is on, the weather conditions outside, etc. BUT, we do have tips & tricks on how to get your carpets to dry faster, which we will be happy to share with you.

We do ask that you move any moveable/fragile items BEFORE your technician(s) arrives for your service(s) This includes vases, plants and other decorative items. Also, please pin-up any full length draperies and/or skirts on upholstered furniture that sit on your floors to be serviced. Finally, please put your pets in a safe and quiet place, where our cleaning won’t disturb them.

Our technicians are glad to move any light furniture, like sofas, chairs and end tables. However, for liability purposes and in order to protect you from incurring financial responsibility, we cannot move heavier furniture like bookcases, entertainment centers and grandfather clocks. In these kind of situations, our technicians will work around these pieces.

We accept area rugs either way. We only ask if you are to drop off your rug at our shop, you call to make an appointment to do so. We also offer complimentary pick-up and delivery of area rugs.

No! Our pick-ups and deliveries are all complementary to the cleaning service.

Pricing varies greatly on many factors. Along with the size (square footage) and condition of the carpet/rug/tile/upholstery (stains, damage, etc.), other factors are considered as well. That being the case, we are happy to provide ‘guesstimates’ over the phone or by email, but they are only ‘guesstimates’. The exact quote will be relayed during your appointment, but BEFORE we begin your scheduled service. You can then accept or decline the price. If you do accept, we will provide your services at that time.

We accept check, cash or credit card. Paying with a credit card will incur a 3.5% service fee.
