As a company with heart, we care and manage our daily cleaning received. In March 2020 we were faced with Coronavirus concerns that have changed the industry forever. In the past, we cleaned for the appearance of your business, through the eyes of your clients and employees. Today, we are cleaning and disinfecting for your health and reduce the possible transmutation of any virus. Protecting our customers & employees from Coronavirus (COVID-19) is our priority. Today we clean over 80 offices within Middlesex, Monmouth & Ocean Counties. We have implemented safe COVID-19 protection practices with all our employees.
HEALTH OFFICE POLICY: Our employees are required to stay home if they have shown signs of flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, etc) within 24 hours. Likewise, we request that you reschedule your cleaning visit if anyone in your office experiences flu-like symptoms.
Our team is here to help however we can. The safety of our customers and staff is of the highest importance. Quality Care cleaning management and technicians are kept up to date on the city, state, and federal CDC Regulation.
Our in office cleaning teams are doing the following:
- NEW! Employees are wearing gloves and face masks while on-site performing cleaning
- NEW! Employees are completing a daily health checklist prior to entering a job site, this questionnaire asks key questions regarding the cleaners’ health and their interactions. In addition, we have alerted employees to proper hygiene practices, providing them with hand sanitizers for personal use.
- NEW! Paper towel policy: we request our clients to purchase disposable paper towels for our cleaning crew to perform the tasks
- NEW! We have discontinued the use of feather dusters. All areas are wiped down with CDC approved PH7Q – Dual disinfectant
- NEW! Toilet brush policy: Our cleaning technicians will no longer carry toilet bowl brushes for sanitary purposes. Toilet brushes are required in each bathroom.
- New! We have discontinued handshaking and handing out business cards.
- NEW! When applicable, we ask that customers stay in a separate area at least 6 feet away from where the cleaning, adhering to the CDC social distancing measures.
SANITIZING: All current and new Quality Care Cleaning clients will receive one bottle of CDC approved disinfectant with the purchase of our services. PH7Q-Dual is one of the CDC and EPA approved products. We use this product to disinfect hard services
