Ceramic Tile Cleaning

Ceramic Tile Cleaning 8 step process:

1. Pre-Inspection – The service technician will inspect your ceramic tile, noting tile and grout construction and soil condition advising you of any possible permanent staining within the tile or grout.
2. Dry Soil Removal – The cleaning technician will thoroughly remove dry soil found in your grout lines.
3. Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot Areas – This step breaks down the built-up dirt on your tile and in your grout, providing the best possible cleaning results.
4. Pre-Agitation Tile and Grout – Agitation by hand and/or rotary machine to further loosen area soil.
5. Extract and Rinse – Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art cleaning unit will thoroughly flush the soil from your tile and grout.
6. Neutralize Tile and Grout  – Only pH balanced solutions are used so there is no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is used as a rinse or applied after the rinse depending on soil condition.
7. Speed Dry – High velocity air movers are placed to speed dry your tile and grout.
8. Post-Inspection – Technician will review the cleaning results with you to insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
