Quality Care Cleaning started out in 1986 in Staten Island NY with a vacuum cleaner, a bucket, a mop and one man’s desire to make a decent living. Nestor Quaas put flyers on cars, homes and an ad in the newspaper for cleaning houses and offices. As the months went by people started recommending him to others because of his Dependability, Honesty and Quality work. A bit later, Nestor purchased a minivan and took a trip to Indianapolis to learn about the carpet cleaning industry. He purchased his first carpet cleaning equipment shortly after the class. He then hired individuals to perform house cleaning and carpet cleaning. In 1990, the business moved to Freehold, NJ and started to service the Monmouth county area. Since then, Nestor has had the opportunity to expand the business to serve Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties by hiring qualified employees and an administrative staff that helped it grow to what it is today.
As President & CEO of Quality Care Cleaning for more than 40 years, Nestor has been instrumental in the company’s continued success, growth, and commitment to exceptional cleaning services. Since 2006, Quality Care Cleaning has grown from a small local cleaning company into an established and trusted cleaning provider serving commercial facilities throughout New Jersey and a growing residential clientele across Monmouth, Ocean and parts of Middlesex Counties. The success of Quality Care Cleaning is built on a foundation of professional, consistent customer service and a dedicated team of skilled cleaning specialists. Nestor believes in a hands-on management approach, working closely with a team of skilled professional cleaning specialists to ensure that every service meets the high standards our clients deserve and expect. As Director of Operations, Diane brings more than 20 years of customer service experience in the banking industry, along with 10 years of experience as an office manager for one of New Jersey’s largest homebuilding companies. During her career, Diane supported the management needs of two division presidents, a Chief Financial Officer, and a Senior Vice President, while also coordinating with a staff of more than 75 associates. Her extensive management, organizational, and customer service experience brings a valuable level of professionalism and attention to detail to Quality Care Cleaning. Diane oversees the management of our commercial and residential clients, maintaining a direct approach to supporting their current and future cleaning needs. Her commitment to responsive communication helps ensure that each client receives personalized attention and dependable service. Homeowners also feel confident knowing that Diane understands the importance of trust when inviting a cleaning professional into their home. She takes pride in providing a comfortable, professional experience and ensuring that our clients’ homes are treated with the utmost care and respect.
