Our 12 Step Process:

1. Pre-Inspection of your carpets, area rugs, and upholstery; Review areas of concern; Measure and price
2. Pre-vacuum removing soil from fibers
3. Move all furniture
4. Pre-condition high traffic areas; Pre-treat spot-stained areas; Pre-groom
5. Extract and Rinse – Our truck-mounted system has power and will thoroughly flush the carpet while removing any deep soiling
6. Neutralize – hypo-allergenic, ph balance solutions applied improves air quality by removing pollens and dust mites from your carpets. This extra step also eliminates the sticky residue often left behind when using a rental machine.
7. Post Spot Treatment – If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed.
8. Reset furniture
9. Apply carpet protectant (if ordered)
10. Speed dry
11. Grooming
12. Post Inspection and final review

Note: Permanent stains identified by our service technician may not be removed. If carpet is faded or stained due to homeowner application of cleaners, which changed the carpet coloring, our technician may be able to dye the carpet.  Ask your technician about the details and steps involved during your Pre-Inspection.

*Some stain or pet stain removal from carpet can be difficult. We do not guarantee total elimination of pet odor. Every attempt will be made, including multi-step processes to remove the undesired odors from your carpet or upholstery.
